These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and ek555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at ek555.ws and all related services offered therein. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

ek555 processes KYC verification within 24 hours for standard submissions. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified via the email address registered to your account once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the ek555 platform:

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. ek555 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• ek555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ek555 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

All transactions are recorded and may be audited. ek555 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may not claim the welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether they open a new account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. ek555 may cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or attempted manipulation of the bonus system.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free return — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts permanently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or using more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is, or may be, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ek555 support staff.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void.
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any other person — including minors — to access or use your account on your behalf.

ek555 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. ek555 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of account suspension pending a fraud investigation.

ek555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot log in or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ek555 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek555, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ek555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ek555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ek555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ek555 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity closure.

Upon legitimate account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, following completion of all applicable verification checks. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations will have all balances forfeited.

ek555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ek555 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.
